error: ip-not-allowed

I am receiving an error when making an API call for the session ID, I get the error:

error ip-not-allowed 3a108afa4c08cfd68667dbb70ca41e5813e38d64

followed by my IP Address. I've tried using different IPs but still get the same error too

  Log in to your admin account (on cryptophoto.com or your cp-appliance - whichever you’re using), and remove the IP address(es) from your provider (or change them to the correct IP).
  This is an optional feature to "lock down" access to your account from servers other than the ones you specify
